As an adult, each one of us is responsible for the health and vitality of the relationships in our lives.
This does not mean you can’t ask for help or support from others, it means that at the end of the day the buck stops with YOU.
If you have emotional wounds from past (and current) relationships and/or childhood that is creating dysfunction in your relationships, it is your responsibility to commit to healing this for yourself and to seek out help where you require it.
There is no therapist/healer/program/etc that can ‘help’ you if you are not completely and fully committed to your own transformation and growth.
This commitment will change all your relationships forever and the more you embrace it the more exquisitely vibrant you and your relationships will be.
